150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhiji

Today we are celebrating 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi ji . His life and principles are inspiration for us . Let's take oath to follow his idealism like truthfulness, nonviolence and cleanliness throughout our life. To make India clean and green we organised a rally to create awareness on 'not to use plastics' and also for proper disposal of wastes.

Navratri celebration

Navratri celebrates the victory of the goddess Durga over the demon king Mahishasura, a nine-night festival celebrating the divine feminine. .... The nine nights (nav ratris) of the festival commemorate the nine avatars of Goddess Durga. Our students learn values from our mythology and also practice our rich culture nd tradition by celebrating such festivals. Few joyous moments of this celebration.

Science and Maths Exhibition

Students from Primary std presented this diversity through Exhibition. The Science and Maths models were designed depending on the levels of children and almost all the children got a chance to present and explain their models.The Science models included separation of garbage, water harvesting and of land use. The Maths models included angles and triangles

Krishna Janmashtami Celebration

Krishna Janmashtami, also known simply as Janmashtami or Gokulashtami, is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu.Hindus celebrate Janmashtami by fasting, singing, praying together, preparing and sharing special food, night vigils and visiting Krishna or Vishnu temples.

Raksha Bandhan Celebration

Raksha Bandhan is celebrated with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. Raksha Bandhan is a day to celebrate the bond of a brother and sister. No matter how much they may fight or pull each other’s legs, but brother and sister also have each other’s back always and stand by each other in moments of need and crisis.

73rd Independence Day

On the bright morning of 15th August 1947 India achieved freedom from the British rule. This day from then was finally declared as Independence Day and celebrated every year across the country. Every year at Red Fort the incumbent Prime Minister raises the flag and publically addresses the nation.


Our management, teachers, staff & students celebrated the auspicious day of Guru Purnima with great reverence and devotion to inculcate the values among the students to respect teachers,elders, and parents.

World Environment day Celebration

School celebrated world environment day by Organizing various activities like tree Plantation,essay writing completion on topic: how to beat the air pollution, elocution on how to save sources of energy.


At Ascent School a special assembly was held on the Diwali occasion. Lighting lamps, speeches, dance performances, recitation of poems and a special song were the highlights of the assembly.

Sardar Patel Jayanti

The birth anniversary of Sardar Patel, the chief architect of modern India, was celebrated in Ascent School. In Primary Section a special assembly was held to mark the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India. The students discussed about his values and ideologies. Speeches were made about his life and contributions. A pledge was taken to follow and maintain unity laid down by Sardar Patel.

Gandhi Jayanti celebration

Gandhi Jayanti celebration... to get motivated by following the paths shown by him and to fulfill his dreams .. few glimpses of the rally for swachchta aviyan .

Ganesh Chaturthi

Sharing few moments of Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. Students have made Ganesh idol by themselves using clay . This way they learn how to save the environment as well as to value their own tradition and culture.

Janmashtami Celebration

In order to celebrate the birthday of Lord Krishna, a celebration was organized in School. Pre-Primary children came in traditional dresses. Some boys came dressed as ‘Krishna’ and some girls came dressed as ‘Radha'.There was a handi hanging at the centre of the courtyard and the cute radha Krishna pairs danced around them to the beats of janmashtami songs filling the air with joy and festive spirit.

Eid celebration

Eid the festival that upholds the spirit of brotherhood and love, was celebrated on August 21,2018.The school principal addressed the assembly by emphasizing the fact that all religions perpetuate similar faiths and beliefs and wished everyone "Eid Mubarak".

State level Karate competition

Hindus interpret the Diwali story based upon where they live: In northern India they celebrate the story of King Rama's return to Ayodhya after he defeated Ravana by lighting rows of clay lamps. Southern India celebrates it as the day that Lord Krishna defeated the demon Narakasura.

Independence Day

The date, 15th of August from 1947 in India has become a very important day in the Indian history. It was the luckiest day of year 1947 when India became independent after lots of hard struggle and sacrifices of the Indian freedom fighters. We won freedom after a hard struggle. When India got its independence, the public of India had chosen their first Prime Minister, Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru who had unfurled the tricolour National Flag at the Red Fort in the national capital, New Delhi for the first time. All the people rejoice this special day with great joy every year.

34 units of blood was collected in a blood donation camp.

On Guru Purnima Date 19-07-2017. Students from each class planted saplings along with their class teachers as an honour to the teachers.
